Delivery time and shipping costs
All orders will be shipped to you within 2 business days unless otherwise stated. If it is not feasible, we will let you know as soon as possible. Packages to countries outside the Netherlands are normally delivered within a few days, but this can take up to a week.

Postage costs
The shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 4.75. Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €55.

Europe: € 7.75
Rest of the world: €14.50

Why no free shipping?
Unfortunately, the carriers do not ship for free, the costs that have to be paid for shipping have to come from somewhere.
There are online stores that offer ‘free shipping’, but then these costs are incorporated into the products. I think this is unfair because when you buy multiple products you end up paying the shipping costs several times.

At ThreeDee you pay shipping costs once, these are the same for all shipments.

Payment options
When you make purchases on our site, safety is paramount. The website is secured by AES265 encryption and all payments are made through our external payment partner Mollie. For Dutch customers we offer the following payment options:

  • iDEAL
  • Klarna Pay Now
  • PayPal (+3.4% due to high costs)
  • Bank transfer

For our foreign customers we offer as extra options:

  • Sofort Banking
  • Belfius
  • KBC
  • EPS
  • GiroPay
  • And of course Klarna Pay now and PayPal

Order confirmation by email
You will receive an automatic confirmation email for each completed purchase order. The order confirmation is not your proof of payment, but only indicates that the order process has been successfully completed and that we have received your order. Occasionally this automatic confirmation disappears in the spam box. We always send a message when your order is presented for dispatch by the distributor.

Of course I hope you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not happy with something you’ve ordered, just let us know within 14 days. I kindly ask you to check the item for damage or defects immediately upon receipt. All costs for return are for the customer, unless the item is not the item you ordered or for some other reason that is my fault. After receiving your email, we will let you know how to return the item to ThreeDee. I only accept returns that have been reported in your account.

How do you register a return?
1: Send an email to with the order number and possibly the reason for return.
