Delivery time and shipping costs
All orders will be shipped to you within 2 business days unless otherwise stated. If it is not feasible, I will let you know shortly. Foreign shipments are normally delivered within a few days, but this can take up to a week in Europe and even longer in exceptional cases.

Postage costs
The shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 4.99. Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €65.

Rates outside the Netherlands:
Europe: € 7.75
Rest of the world: €14.50

Why no free shipping?
Unfortunately, the carriers do not ship for free, so the shipping costs have to come from somewhere. There are online stores that offer ‘free shipping’, but then these costs are incorporated into the products. I think this is unfair because when you buy multiple products you end up paying the shipping costs several times.

At ThreeDee, you pay a one-time shipping fee or nothing at all if your order totals more than €65.

Order confirmation by email
You will receive an automatic confirmation by email for every completed purchase order. The order confirmation is not your proof of payment, but only indicates that the order process has been successfully completed and that we have received your order. Occasionally this automatic confirmation disappears in the spam box. You will always be notified when your order is presented for dispatch by the distributor.

Returns / Cancellations
I hope you’re happy with your purchase. Still not satisfied? You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. As soon as I receive your return or you provide proof that you have sent it back, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item from your home to my online store. Please check your carrier’s website for the current rates.

Return Policy
To ensure your return is processed correctly, the following conditions apply:

• You must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order
• The product is, to the extent reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging
• You may use the product only to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning
• Damages resulting from continued use may be deducted from the amount to be refunded
• Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Products that cannot be ordered directly through the website and that are manufactured or customized at the customer’s request are considered custom-made.
• B2B orders are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

Refund
Once I receive your return, I will refund the amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days. This also applies to the original shipping costs in the event of a full return. In the case of a partial return, only the returned products will be refunded.

Register for a return

You can easily submit your cancellation request using the form at the bottom of this page. You don’t have to give a reason, but I do appreciate your feedback. You can also submit your cancellation notice via info@threedee.nl or using the standard cancellation form (download).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged, ThreeDee may pass this reduction in value of the product on to you. So handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will send you a confirmation. From that moment on, the 14-day period during which you can return the product to us begins.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days. This includes the original shipping costs, provided you return the entire order. In the case of a partial return, you will only be refunded the amount for the returned items.
