ThreeDee is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes there can be problems with our products and we want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer the following warranty policy:
- Defective Products: If the product you received is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the product or offer you a full refund.
- Incorrectly delivered products: If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will deliver the correct product as soon as possible at no additional charge.
- Shipping Damage: If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the damage. We will replace the damaged product at no additional charge.
- Warranty on products: All our products have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. If a problem occurs with the product during this period due to material or manufacturing defects, please contact us and we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse or accident.

It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We encourage you to first report complaints to us by emailing email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
